A 3 bedroom (1 double and 2 twins) canal side villa with a private mooring , swimming pool,  garden, summer dining room, Lounge/Dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen and utility room with washing machine and dryer. The villa has air conditioning through out and central heating through out for winter breaks. Empuriabrava is only a 2 hour drive to the nearest ski-resort. Empuriabrava town centre is only a five minute drive away, where there are many shops, restaurants and banks. The Empuriabrava beach is also only a 5 minute drive away. There are many interesting sites and museums to visit in the area e.g. Roses, the quaint fishing village of Cadaques, Figueres where one can visit the famous Salvador Dali museum and about a 25 minute drive there are the famous Greek and Roman ruines of Empuries.

Linen (sheets and towels) and final clean included in accommodation price.

Catalan Tourist Tax 45 cents per adult (17 years and over) per night for the first 7 nights.
