A pretty villa with a typical Spanish “torre”, located in a quiet residential area “Mas Ros” at just 5 minutes drive from the centre of the bustling seaside town “Playa de Aro” and its beaches. Stunning sea views from Playa de Aro to Palamos bay.
Playa de Aro is one of the most popular villages on the Costa Brava. This region is famous for its wonderful beaches, pretty bays with crystal clear blue seas. There plenty of activities on offer nearby such as diving, snorkelling, sailing, windsurfing, cycling, climbing, golf, tennis and horse riding. Only a few minutes away is the pretty bay of ´S Agaro with its beautiful beach, fancy restaurants, and the beautiful promenade.
Playa de Aro is a shopping paradise with beautiful designer shops as well as supermarkets, restaurants, bars and discoteques, It has a nice seafront promenade with restaurants, cafes etc., from where you can take the boat to go to other locations on the Costa Brava such as Tossa de Mar, Sant Feliu de Guixols or Palamos. Playa de Aros is a good base for day trips to Gerona, Barcelona, Figueres with its Salvador Dali museum and to the pretty medieval villages inland such as Pals and Monells.
The villa has been lovingly and completely renovated, the interior as well as the exterior, over the course of 2010 and early 2011 and consists of:

- Pretty stone steps leading to the front door

- Spacious living room with dining area to seat 6 people. Comfortable sofas and armchairs and a pretty bench along the rounded part of the room
- Access from the living to a pretty balcony from where one can enjoy the sea views. Ideal area for breakfast
- 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathroom:
- Master bedroom with double bed en ensuite bathroom with large walk in shower, toilet and double sink unit
- Double bedroom with double bed
- Double bedroom with 2 single beds
- All bedrooms have heater/airconditioning exchange units and wardrobes

- The villa is completely fenced in with pretty stone walls and is therefore safe for families with children.
