Only a few minutes away is the pretty bay of ´S Agaro with its beautiful beach, fancy restaurants, and the beautiful promenade.

The villa is ideally situated to make trips to Barcelona, Girona and various authentic villages in Catalonia as it is connected through a dual carriage way to the A7 motorway. From the villa you can go for walks and it is ideal for hiking and biking. The town offers a good variety of shops, bars and restaurants and for teenagers there is plenty of nightlife in the nearby town Playa de Aro.

VILLA FOR 6/8 PEOPLE
A detached villa situated on a quiet road, Casa Verica offers you privacy, your own pool and outstanding views over looking the Bay of Roses.
The nearby village of Palau-Saverdera has shops and several restaurants and just a short drive away (10 minutes) there are beautiful sandy beaches. The area has all kinds of activities to offer e.g. bird watching, go-carting, golf, sky diving and a water park amongst others. The famous ‘Dali Museum’ in Figueres is only 25 minutes drive away, France and Gerona are also within easy reach. If all this sounds to exhausting you can just chill out on the large terrace, admire the view and watch the sun go down.
The villa sleeps 6/8 people, there are 3 Double bedrooms (+ a sofa-bed for 2 people in the lounge), 2 bathrooms, well equipped open plan kitchenand a nd a Loung/Dining room with satellite T.V. DVD/CD player.

There is Air Conditioning in all the bedrooms, and for winter holidays the villa has central heating and a log stove.

A spacious and well equipped detached family villa situated at the end of a quiet road close to the old village of Pau. Roses with its magnificent bay and beautiful sandy beaches is a ten minute drive away. The Aqua Park is also close by. The area offers bird watching in the Aiguamolls Natural Park and wonderful coastal walks. The town of Figueres and the Salvador Dali museum is a 20 minute drive away and both Gerona and France are also within easy reach. A beautiful 4 bedroom villa with a 12 metre private mooring, swimming pool and garden. The villa sleeps up to 8 people, there are 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, Lounge/Dining room and a well equipped kitchen. The villa also has off road parking for 2 cars and security gates. The Empuriabrava sandy beach and town (which has many cafes, restaurants, banks and shops) is only a 5 minute drive away and also in the area there is the town of Roses, the quaint fishing village of Cadaques and for art lovers in the town of Figueres there is the famous Salvador Dali museum. Enjoy relaxing days by the pool or enjoy the many local sites and museums. Villa Noguera is also ideal for winter breaks, as Empuriabrava is only about a 2 hour drive to ski-resorts.

There are many interesting sites and museums to visit in the area e.g. Roses, the quaint fishing village of Cadaques, Figueres where one can visit the famous Salvador Dali museum and about a 25 minute drive there are the famous Greek and Roman ruines of Empuries.
