The villa is located in the natural reserve “Pedralta”, at just a few miutes drive from the centre and the beaches of Sant Feliu de Guixols and a 10 minute drive from the bustling seaside resort Playa de Aro. Major supermarkets are at a 2 minute drive.
Sant Feliu de Guixols is a historical seaside town with 22.000 inhabitants. The town is busy in the summer but not overly busy and there is still life in the town outside the season. Villa Predalta is ideally situated to make trips to Barcelona, Girona and various authentic villages in Catalonia as it is connected through a dual carriage way to the A7 motorway. From the villa you can go for walks and it is ideal for hiking and biking. The town offers a good variety of shops, bars and restaurants and for teenagers there is plenty of nightlife in the nearby town Playa de Aro.
