The villa sleeps up to 8 people, there are 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, Lounge/Dining room and a well equipped kitchen. The villa also has off road parking for 2 cars and security gates.  The Empuriabrava sandy beach  and town (which has many cafes, restaurants, banks and shops) is only a 5 minute drive away and also in the area there is the town of Roses, the quaint fishing village of Cadaques and for art lovers in the town of Figueres there is the famous Salvador Dali museum. Enjoy relaxing days by the pool or enjoy the many local sites and museums. Villa Noguera is also ideal for winter breaks, as Empuriabrava is only about a 2 hour drive to ski-resorts.

Linen(sheets and towels) and final clean included in accommodation price.

Tourist Tax: 45 cents per adult (17 years and over) per night for the first 7 nights.
