A detached villa situated on a quiet road, Casa Verica offers you privacy, your own pool and outstanding views over looking the Bay of Roses.

The nearby village of Palau-Saverdera has shops and several restaurants and just a short drive away (10 minutes) there are beautiful sandy beaches. The area has all kinds of activities to offer e.g. bird watching, go-carting, golf, sky diving and a water park amongst others. The famous ‘Dali Museum’ in Figueres is only 25 minutes drive away, France and Gerona are also within easy reach.  If all this sounds to exhausting you can just chill out on the large terrace, admire the view and watch the sun go down.

The villa sleeps 6/8 people, there are 3 Double bedrooms (+ a sofa-bed for 2 people in the lounge), 2 bathrooms, well equipped open plan kitchenand a nd a Loung/Dining room with satellite T.V. DVD/CD player.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: Private swimming pool (8m x 4m),  Terrace, Garden, BBQ and off road parking.

There is Air Conditioning in all the bedrooms, and for winter holidays the villa has central heating and a log stove.
